Quality Control

Ruling the world of quality

We have strict quality control measures in place. Hoysala is dedicated to providing its customers with services that comply with international standards of quality. We have a host of procedures, processes, checklists and templates that we implement at every stage of the building process, designed to be in accordance with international quality control requirements. These procedures are constantly updated, regularly audited and reviewed annually.

Hoysala employs the following quality control strategies.

a. Risk Avoidance
Use of work methods and materials with lesser risk potential shall be employed, keeping in mind that all requirements are to be complied with.

b. Risk Transfer
Where the consequences of the risks are high, such risks shall be covered with relevant insurance policies, which will compensate for any losses incurred as a result of accidents.

c. Risk Reduction
Risks will be reduced as far as possible by appropriate analysis of data.

d. Risk Retention
Where a risk cannot be avoided due to nature of work and where the Risk transfer and Risk Reduction cannot be economically employed then such risks will be retained. However, proper controls shall be established and implemented.
